About Qaulification Required for 'Label the diagram' Application

I am a final year student from Dharmsinh Desai University Nadiad.

Attached here is  a link to my 6 sem project report  which was an iOS 7  application. Please let me know that my knowledge about iOS application development is sufficent to develope 'Label the diagram' app or I should not west others time.

It's you who needs to asses yourself first.. do you think you would be able to work and deliver these mobile apps in proper time? Once you have an answer to that you don't need to ask us :)

Ok I got your point, I have started to think about how to build such app specially GUI because I think that it is main for this kind of app.
