Ability to add notice received date, pre-move out inspection, final walk through date, vacate date.

I am finding it very difficult to keep track of basic leasing data. We need the Ability to add notice received date, pre-move out inspection, final walk through date, vacate date.

Also, track prospects, new move in’s, rental increases, pending lease renewals.

Buildium suggested to change the lease end date in the system to the date tenant is vacating but that mixes lease EXPIRATIONs with Tenants on Notice.

Please advise, what are others using to track this information because I need a PM system to have all this information to save time.
