Hi Everyone,

I was wondering what scheduling automation software people are using and are very happy with? We've used ShowMojo and Rently this year. They both can sync with Buildium (one much better than the other), but both have some quirks that have disappointed us. Has anyone found something fantastic?

Specifically, we're looking for a smart self scheduling software that will allow prospects to be lightly screened before they are allowed to schedule their appointment. Buildium integration / syncing is a must. We love Buildium!

3 most common are Rently, ShowMojo and Tenant Turner.  I just moved from ShowMojo to TenantTurner.  They each have their unique advantages based on your market, needs, etc.

Has TenantTurner some form of integration with Buildium?

Hi Everyone,
I am about to take the plunge and sign up with ShowMojo. This would be my first try at automating the scheduling of showings. How was your experience with them? Why did it not work out for you? I would appreciate any advice you could give.
Florence
