I think I'm a pretty smart fella, and a pretty fair accountant (or at least, bookkeeper). I've been working with Buildium for over 3 years now, and I could probably count on one hand the number of times I've managed to get this month's beginning cash balances to match up to last month's ending balance on any property! It's a problem that is literally killing my business! Does anyone else have this problem? Am I the only one who feels like he's beating his head against a wall in this regard? I think the wiz kids at support are tired of hearing from me about it, but I am at a loss, and simply don't know what to do anymore. Trying vainly to chase these irregularities downn has cost me countless hours and a couple of good clients now, and I'm about ready to give up on Buildium over this one issue! There HAS to be a glitch in the algorithms, somewhere... it just shouldn't be this hard...
