Does anyone have any next-level support contacts these days?
I paid to upgrade to the highest level plan to be able to get API access (and, as a side benefit, priority support). The API access is still not activated for the user account that I have set up for the guy working on my various system integrations.
I followed Buildium's direction on what user permissions to give him and still no dice. It's been ~3 weeks since they said they were "researching" iut and they are not even responding to emails on ticket status now.
Incredibly frustrating.
