Bill Markup Feature

Has anyone used the new bill markup feature?  Based on the video I watched, it seems good, and it will eliminate a step for us.  But, I have not used it yet.

I used the feature a few minutes ago, and it worked well.  This will definitely save us some time.

it's a good concept.
We have not introduced the markup concept yet to owners.
it certainly makes sense for work which requires a lot of
time and energy from the prop.mgr.
          ie...  setting up and turning off utilities during turn-overs.
a real nuisance process.

Hi Glenn,

For utilities that require me to leave the office to turn-on, we charge an additional services fee for the work.  If I can setup the utility from the office, we include as part of the normal service agreement.
