- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Client is seeking only people from Siebel Call Center Development experience – which is a must .
• They use Siebel as their CRM and Billing System, so they’re call center agents taking the calls are actively entering data into a Siebel based system.
• eScript – Should have eScript knowledge.
• Workflow Development is very important. It means when an agent is entering data into the system, made some selections, it produces a workflow. The developers need to have developed those workflows before.
• EAI Enterprise Application Interface.
• Client is specifically seeking EAI and not EIM
