Where is the new version?

from the site: The 3.2 edition iBook is a substantial rewrite of the previous 2.5/2.6 versions.

ok, but,

the pdf file is ver 2.6.2,

the html - doesn't say what's the version...

and i-tunes... download the software... just to check if it's the new ver...?
