Zdravo decki,

here is short output of the meeting that we had today:

First info: I'll be short because I wont include the people that are not coming on meeting.

Except if they show proactivity and go in step with the others by simply asking the others of what was done and should be done

and asking for task from me after.

So I'll go through the agenda:

-First we made a conclusion that the multicultural society has a lot of positive things.

-We saw how the ehxibition will be organized and we have the next tasks:

Tomi: Presenting the exhibition in every school from hext week ( focus: role of high-school students in the exhibition and pic;

first issue: For what we are equal?

second: Conclusion from the project !!!)

Tomi again: Find turkish tea!!!

Marija: Find other needed products for the exhibition together with Kate

Alev: Logistic for exhibition + sent mail to all the high-school students  till fiday with fun page 

Bile with Marija: *2 people on the fun page till friday

Vita + me: make the small project: Diversity in my team!!!!

For all I expect to be responsible about the sessions you saw the agenda in the mail before and who is responsible for which school.

What means to be more rosponsible:

- mail or call the leader of the group before session so they are informed.

- Make deal about next session with the teenagers and make sure they will be there

- Go on the session or make sure that somebody from the team will go

- At the end of the session give the high-school students paper to write them down ( so we have the attendence)

Everyone is responsible for everything so if other member from the team asks for help, help them in their task.
