Greetings Arth; I'm not sure what this page is indicating. Is this a
list of buildings that need to be built, and if so what is the process
of deciding what needs building and who will build it? (Other than
when Manwe expressly requests a build by a particular builder.) Also,
am wondering about general terrascaping; although we cannot do
anything as such on the platforms other than building up with prims,
the 'land' could be terrascaped to include some hills, creeks,
whatever... something to make it interesting. (A city is not dead
flat with an unrelieved grid pattern.) Cheers, Rosie

Both great points, Rosie.
projects-by-building is a first draft, now marked as such. Agenda is
the 2.0 version.
