Just as a helpful suggestion: it is far more difficult on the eye to
read all capitol letters, because they cause eye friction. Plus,
those of us involved in virtual worlds also recognise all caps as
shouting....So could this be considered. Some things would be good to
have in all caps for careful emphasis, but this is difficult to read

I agree with Sheri and think the rules would be read more easily in
regular case.

Also may I suggest the following change for clarity:

5. PUBLIC SEXUALS ACTS ARE PROHIBITED. SEXUAL ACTS ARE PERMITTED ONLY
IN THE PRIVACY OF HOMES CONCEALED FROM OUTSIDE VIEW. ALL PUBLIC SEXUAL
CHAT IS PROHIBITED.
