this drama is a waste of time , money and effort. anyway i look at it, watching the series made me waste time on it. sure it has its moments, but i just can't see what the point is. in the old thread, they were saying that lee na -young died during childbirth. kim min jun an dhyun bin are reasons enough to look into this drama but really their presence is not enough to sustain my interest. i maybe wrong here, but i was just booooooooooooooored to death by this supposedly superior drama. can somebody illuminate me on the virtues of this drama which i didn't get when i first viewed it. there was this scene which nearly made me puke, the scene where kim min jun tells lee na young that what she's eating is dog meat, but then she went on eating it. yikes!!!!
now,then...does any one know where i can dl this series? i wanna watch it, but kinda hard to find a place that has it w/eng. subs. I try to buy it on yes asia but i don't believe they have it either...anyone???
i must admit that this story is WEIRD. and most people might not find it watchable. but i LOVE this story, EXCEPT for the LAST episode, which i thot was pointless. but this drama is so freaking hilarious and weird and the scripts, gosh, hella funny.
i agree with xxoutsiderxx, i love this drama. i think the characters are very real, they're all gray, and not black and white like most other dramas. I like how the main character of the drama: joon-ah, wasn't very likable (at least to me) , unlike all the other korean dramas. i also liked that there were no bad guys in the drama, everyone was just trying to find a way to live.
Anyway, I just finished watching this drama. I can say I made myself watch it bcoz Hyun Bin's in it despite all the negative reviews I've read and heard. The drama did have its moments and was REALLY different with other dramas I've seen like Winter Sonata, Stairway To Heaven, Sad Love Story, etc... I just don't get the end though. Did Joong Ah die? And howcome the characters saw "younger" Gook, Jae Bok, Shi Yeon and Joong Ah at the end? What's this supposed to mean? This is like the only drama I watched that I don't get the ending. So was Joong Ah and Jae Bok brothers and sisters? I don't know if they confirmed this or not coz I don't think the subtitles are very reliable. Someone help me out, please.
That's how I felt, but I kept on watching coz of Hyun Bin. When he's in a scene I was interested and his smile.... gah...... kills me. Hope that helps. Not really sure if you're a Hyun Bin fan or whatever...
