Paging

Can we get paging info added back into the team/id/lenders method
please?

(Not having it there breaks applications which keep reading info based
on the number of pages returned in that paging info block, and
changing the applications so that they keep reading until they start
getting empty pages is time-consuming.)

P.S. Any chance that we can be notified in advance when changes such
as this are implemented - I've been scratching my head for weeks
wondering why I haven't been getting all the info for various teams,
thinking it was probably something I did, and never suspecting that it
might be a fundamental change to data structures that was causing it.

Thanks for pointing this out! This was a bug that was otherwise
unnoticed not an intentional change. It will be fixed soon in an
upcoming release.

As for change notification, the best we can do right now is offer you
the build # and date of the current release which is available via the
releases/api/current method:

Releases usually happen a couple times during the week.
