I've recently received the following app review.   I thought it would be interesting to share and get some wider feedback.   I'm frankly scratching my head a little, wondering the best way to go about investigating this.   On the face of it, it sounds like this person's problems may be mostly with PayPal, but does anyone have a different perspective?  Sure would be great if they just sent an email!

I hate to criticize this app but its is simply incomplete. I can search and bookmark projects that I want to invest in but nearly every time I try to select and go to the basket to use either PayPal or a credit card it screws up. Almost always I get an error message that only some of my selections are in my basket because of some "maximum" that I've exceeded. Continuing to proceed with my subset using Paypal won't work because I have enhanced security turned on and they never send the pin to my phone. Trying to use a credit card, through Paypal again, REQUIRES me to create a Paypal account, which I already have. Still using the web until they fix this.

Sounds like the source of his issues are that the "amount remaining" amounts aren't being kept fresh so he's trying to buy shares in a loan that is fully funded?

That's definitely fuel for thought and something I've been overlooking. Besides not keeping the remaining amounts refreshed, the app currently errs on the cautious side by only reloading the current loan query when the user requests a refresh. Do you think it would be preferable to introduce automatic query refresh or to leave the current query results loaded, but have a background task that periodically updates the dynamic loan details? What sort of interval in either case?
