empty files from data snapshot

Dear Kiva Team,

I want to work on the snapshot data. Unfortunately, when opening either the .csv or the .json files, I encounter the following error message "No connection could be found for datasnapshot. If the error message is unclear, enable logging using -o log_level=DEBUG and see the log to find out the cause. Contact support for further help." I tried with different browsers and to extract the files with two zipping programs, but it does not change. 

Could you help me, please?

Hello!

I cannot recreate the download issue from a Mac running SierraOS. I was able to download and open the files with the built-in Mac utility from Chrome and Firefox browsers. While I can confirm that I see a similar error message, I see the column IDs and the the observation rows below the error messages. The provided snapshot is comprehensive but alas not quite complete at this current moment.
