Dear Kiva Team,
I want to work on the snapshot data. Unfortunately, when opening either the .csv or the .json files, I encounter the following error message "No connection could be found for datasnapshot. If the error message is unclear, enable logging using -o log_level=DEBUG and see the log to find out the cause. Contact support for further help." I tried with different browsers and to extract the files with two zipping programs, but it does not change.
Could you help me, please?
