Help I can not see the excel ribbon for Bugsxla61. But I can see the ribbon of bugsxla50

Are you able to see the BugsXLA Options form in the old version?  If so, click on the Unload BugsXLA button.  You may then need to go through the process of adding the new version as an Excel Add-In.  If this does not work, you should try a clean reinstall.  Follow the Installation Instructions on my web page starting at 8.  If you remove all BugsXLA files from your computer and run Excel it will warn you if it is still trying to find the add-in and give you the option to delete it from the list (do so).  You can then start from fresh and reload the new version.  Although it is designed to automatically replace the old version, sometimes it fails, but a clean reinstall will work.
