bugss sponsorship offerings

Hi Team,

Tom asked me to try to put together something to be used for advertising sponsorship to potentials.  It would be great to have sponsorships become a new and ongoing revenue stream.  Here is a draft just to get a conversation started….

Hi all,

Deb, thanks for getting the ball rolling on this! The one that I'm a bit unsure about is the Intro to our Biotech Sponsor, because it initially struck me as our advertising for the sponsor. If we keep that, we at least should specify more clearly the length and extent of any release-for the ongoing, would it be a one-time release or something that we put out regularly?

Thanks Lisa for looking at this.

To clarify, yes I mean a short blurb that comes out 1 time about our new sponsor….and maybe sort of why they’re interested in BUGSS more than selling anything.  The same blurb can stay around somewhere in a less visible newsy sort of place afterwards for a year unless it’s only a 1 time event.  Does that make sense?  And yes we need to be on the right side of the IRS rules in what we do for sponsors.

I am also uncertain about the "Intro to our New BioInnovation Sponsor" menu item. It may be worth exploring further. Looks great otherwise. How did you come up with the numbers?
