Example of Intro to Sponsor/ several other items

See above.  Our Intro  (which can be named anything else people think is better) would likely be a very short at most 6 to 8 sentence blurb stating what the sponsor does and how they are involved with BUGSS or a statement/quote from them about why they support BUGSS.  

We should also talk to our current and past collaborator/client organizations and cross promote ourselves.  E.g., Building Steps, Bridge, MICA....shows our accomplishments,  our involvement in community, and maybe get shared sponsors?

Can we ask Walter Z. if his company would sponsor our Biopriniting space?

We should get special sponsors for open house/fund raising events and get them to bring staff....we should talk more about presentations and more illuminating sponsored features of the event. (Beer by Monument City?).

Prices for sponsor benefits are just starting point.  I was just thinking about what our realistic ask couid be considering scope and scale of our organization and offers.  So what do people think?  Prices right or not?

Thanks for clarifying, Deb! It sounds good to me as long it it complies with IRS 501(c)(3) rules.

The prices look reasonable, but it is hard to know for sure. Did you (or anyone else) find any other nonprofit sponsorship pricing arrangements for comparison?
