Isthere a way through the ArcGIS API (or other tools) to grab detailed Named User ArcGIS Pro license usage statistics from ArcGIS Online? The question I'm trying to answer is, "Out of all the users I've assigned a Pro license to, who's using them and who isn't?" For example, John Smith's ArcGIS Pro was pulling a license from ArcGIS Online for 4 hours on August 26th, and then have that kind of daily detail going back 30, 60, 90 days.

I've seen that there is a generic chart of this information in ArcGIS Online if you go to Organization->Status->Apps, and then scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Usage of ArcGIS Pro by Org Members" chart. I'd like to extract this data and use it as a reference in my GIS user reports I'm compiling in Excel.


I've inspected the API reference and didn't see a way to grab the numbers. The closest I found is the "Previsioned Listings property of users" which will show you what apps a user has been given a license for. And even then you have to run this for every user in your Org and find out if they have a Pro license assigned.


Many of the valuable capabilities in ArcGIS Online are included with your user type. Viewing maps and apps and sharing data do not incur credit charges. Here is a list of capabilities that consume credits.

I am looking to clean up old items that haven't been used in years in our ArcGIS Online organization page. Is there a way to export a csv of all the items in my organization with a last used date? I know you can see last modified date and created date but I cant seem to find the last used or last access date anywhere. I know it can be done for individual services in the "View Status" tab but I need to do this in a batch process.


Last modified is the only documented field that you can query at the item level. You may be able to monitor requests from the usage tab to get more details on views, but this is not a documented workflow.


I see that this is old, but it's the closest thing to what I'm looking for today. I'm looking to bring a dashboard of our usage statistics to our internal users (embed in SharePoint). Management would like to see how many users are logging in per month, how many new features, maps, apps are created, how many new accounts, how many hits per month for key apps, etc. They basically want to see how active our City is in utilizing our AGOL organizational account. It appears that the dashboard that can be created requires layers, which isn't exactly what I'm trying to do. I want to bring a customized, live version of what I see when I get into my organization status tabs. Is there a method for this?

The utility benefits from having more information on when and where water use is occurring. This data will improve operational models of water flow, help evaluate design criteria for pipelines and help find areas where costly water loss may be occurring.


As functionality is added, customers can open and close accounts online and decide how they want to receive alerts from the utility. The alerts could be about water quality issues, when new bills are available, when educational programs are offered or when their water will be off because of a main break or leak repair.
