Hello Michigan Banner Schools,

 

I am happy to announce that I will be your Client Partner (formerly known as Customer Relationship Manager) going forward.    Patty Alworth has accepted a position within the Ellucian Cloud Services department and will be transitioning to that position by the end of January.  We wish her much success in her new endeavor. 

 

I have been with Ellucian for 7 years, spending the first 5 in leadership positions within our Professional Services organization.  I enthusiastically transitioned to the Client Partner role in mid-2012 to be more closely involved with schools like you -- with the goal to ensure your  success with your Ellucian solutions.  I also represent your peer schools in Ohio and Kentucky.   I reside in Waterford, Michigan, so am thrilled to have the Michigan Banner schools added to my territory.

 

I will be contacting each of you individually to schedule a trip onto campus in the next few months.  I will also look forward to meeting some of you at the Ellucian Live conference in Anaheim in April, and will setup a room for us to gather during the box lunch Tuesday.  As we get closer to October, I am also happy to assist with the coordination of the Ellucian participation in your fall BUGMI conference.
