Promoting Ideas in the Ellucian Hub

Good Morning,
I wanted to bring to everyone’s attention this great option we now have in the Ellucian Hub. Did you know that when someone submits an “Idea” for enhancements to Ellucian, you have the ability to promote or demote it just with the click of a button? On the main Ellucian Support Center website, there is a tab labeled Ideas. You can post your own ideas, vote for ideas or add comments. If you like an idea that’s been submitted, just click the “Promote” box. If you don’t like it, click on “Demote”. You can only vote once per idea and can’t change your vote after it has been cast. When you vote, you add, or reduce 10 points to the idea. It is my understanding that when ideas get promoted enough, they are more likely to be implemented in future releases because it indicates that other schools want this enhancement, as well.
I would like to provide the idea # for a few AP/Purchasing ideas that I think should be promoted. Just login to the Hub, search and search for the idea # to check it out.
