Prerequisite Question

Our Communication Studies Department would like to make it a prerequisite that students taking CST 1010 must have successfully completed ENL 1310, or placed into ENL 1310 by exam, and then they will allow the student to concurrently enroll in both CST 1010 and ENL 1310.

 

I have built a prerequisite that will reuire the student to have completed ENL 1310, but I'm not sure how to built a condition that says a placement score is sufficient for a student to concurrently enroll in two courses.  Has anyone had to solve for something like this?
