Intern Exercise MVP

Just pushed code for minimal / working Intern exercise.

You can make offers on both the Funder and Fixer side.

It trades on a half-dozen Bugmark repos. 

Use the same username / password as the previous three exercises.  Let me know if you need a userid.

Let's test for a week or two, then we'll lock down the account balances and run it without resetting over the rest of the summer.

We can do a design review and/or code walkthru in our weekly meetup and/or dev hangout.
