I'd like to suggest an agenda item for our meeting next Thursday: payments.

It seems we have three options for supporting payments through Bugmark:

1. 'play money' (e.g. bugmark tokens)
2. fiat money and traditional payment systems (e.g. PayPal Payflow)
2. cryptocurrency (native ETH or some ERC-20 token)

I'd like to sketch out the options in more detail and get a clear understanding of what it would take to execute on any of them, as well as benefits/drawback of each.

Might this be possible? Andy, Don, we could possibly meet in person, maybe even in SF unless that's too tough? (understandable if so, I can see if I can make it to MV)

There is a fourth option: an exchange strategy.  You may want to post an offer in Euros and have it match against an offer in Bitcoin.  Analogous to how you can use your credit card to buy a meal in Tokyo and see dollars on your statement instead of yen.

In time I want to support all four options, phase by phase.

I have a design in mind and would be happy to come to SF for a whiteboard session next Thurs of whenever it works for us all.

Thanks for raising the issue.
