LAST WEEK GOALS: 

1. Set up Bugmark on local machine (done - also added a detailed dev_env readme )

2. Website home page, customise the Jekyll layout (done - content still WIP - will make a PR with all the changes soon)

3. Workstyle template (done)

4. Make some issues, for the study (participating)

NEXT WEEK GOALS  &  BLOCKERS:

1. What are some issues I can start with, related to Github API and Elixir/Phoenix framework?

Please recommend some issues or tasks, that I can begin with.
