Cannot perform webservice invocation login

Hi
when trying to connect BugLogHQ to JIRA we get the following error

Cannot perform webservice invocation login

Any thoughts on what causes this error?

We looked further into this issue and it seems the sandbox caused this error.

So it's fixed now.
