Dear EC,

Please find the attached draft amendment constitution ( abridged version). I really appreciate the constitution team for coming in person for several days and put hours to make the constitution .

Please comments to make it better and final . In the upcoming meeting on 11/23, please bring your comments to discuss.

We are planning to final and approve by December 2025.
