Hi All and Happy New Year!
I might be getting some large printing equipment tomorrow (New Years Day) and I'm looking for somewhere to house it. (preferably on the 1st or 2nd)
I think 300 sq ft is enough, probably would need a 220v line. A loading dock would be nice but not essential. A shared space is ok but the equipment is likely to be noisy.
