Supposedly, there's a new 5000 square foot "incubator" office setup coming to 257 Lafayette.  Has anyone done any research into whether that might be affordable/open as a co-working spot or for some other configuration? Anyone know anything more about it than what's on their website?  I'm not terribly familiar with that area of town.

That area is kind of shady (I live a few blocks away), however I wouldn't mind checking it out.

Oh, so there's a lot of big, tall trees?! Sounds nice ;-)

...but yeah, I'm up for at least checking it out at some point this week.

I'd go halfs on what Nick is saying. It's only a block or so from Sweetness 7, Guercio's, and that little gentrification quadrant ... but, yeah, not sure I'd leave a lot of gear in there until security was a sure thing.

Good location for me, though, especially when I man up and start biking again.
