Nick,

You are misstating my request and throwing up a bit of a straw man. I
said "add", not "replace" a criterion. It is in the interest of the
facility to make it as accessible as practical. I don't believe I
asked for nothing but an on-ramp or an office park. There are great,
walkable areas that also are easy to get to.
