257 Elmwood is home to Elmwood Village Creative: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Elmwood-Village-Creative/105483496164829?ref=ts

They aren't necessarily a coworking place, but they have various small design/web firms in place that each work independently, but seem to be doing some agency work together.. some are designers, programmers, marketers. At the facebook page you can see the firms that are there.

As of this writing, they have 3 offices available... one that can fit 2 people, another that is open for 1 person [no door], and another that could fit like 3-4 people. They share internet, rent, and a printer/copier. They just moved in at the beginning of June, but have made the place pretty nice -- bright colors. There's parking in the back. Basically it's located at corner of Elmwood and North.

You can contact Todd if you have an interest in pricing/etc, but it seems pretty cheap. Todd: http://www.facebook.com/#!/todd.salansky?ref=ts

I stopped by EVC last week after OpenCoffee and arranged to meet for a
bit with Todd Salansky for a tour.

It's a really nice space and anybody looking for office space in the
city should probably check it out. What I need is a conference room I
can book (or just "have") and a space to share. What they have is an
office I can lease with other sublet tenants, no real conference room
on that floor (we were unable to see the 3rd floor conference room --
it was locked and Todd didn't have access, as I recall), and a whole
lot of DIY work. Not that I need turnkey, but I need someplace I can
take clients. My immediate need is mid-July, and I have no time to
make this work / look good enough by then.

HOWEVER: awesome space if you have the need for what it is -- office
space with other creatives!

Was looking through old emails, thought I'd give a heads up on this. I
have taken up office space at the EVC. We have other rooms available.
It's a good setup, I like it. And it's quite cheap... my office is
$325/mo, and that's the most expensive one of them all -- they have
others for like $200/mo, etc. You get your own office space, locked.
It includes gas/electric/water -- the only other cost is internet,
which is about $25/mo for each of the tenants. The other
guys/companies are great here.

If you're interested in checking it out, feel free to email Todd
Salansky -- t...@othymes.com

Any other questions, hit me up.

-Steve
