I'm down for it, obviously.
I have an office above Spot@Del. Parking sucks -- it's either $6 for a
day right behind the building or you walk a few blocks. I call this
office "Little Bosnia" because I had to take immediate occupancy on 11
Dec to hold some key meetings after my MWX lease terminated/defaulted
on 30 Nov -- the landlord will catch up on repairs once I give him a
window. Relative to ye olde MWX Loft, it sucks. No kitchen (though it
can be built out - there are drops), bathroom at the end of the hall,
not a ton of daylighting. But it's heated. And can be expanded from
400sqft up to 1200sqft with lease modification.
Anyway, if we want to get the party started, the offer to use that
office to start with is probably an option, and I can get the repairs
done in the next couple of weeks. As you might tell, I'm not in love
with the joint. I'm willing to join whatever effort has momentum. But
it's an office with big tables and decent internet (huzzah!), with a
coffee shop below to start.
Interest? Objections? Feedback?
