I just hired Employee #1, and now I need to seriously get some office space.
I'm going to see the Plaza Suites stuff at 651 Delaware Ave.
They don't mention the length of lease needed, I'll find that out and follow-up on this post once I do. But some of the offices can take 5 people; another can take 6-12 people. Pricing for those offices aren't up on their website, but I'm imagining the 5 person one is like $1500...
They are definitely more pricey than other offices, BUT, they include all utils -- no worrying about elec bills, gas, etc.
For $1500 [if that's the case], and 5 people -- that's $300 each for a permanent desk/office. I'll follow-up on this post when I go see the place, but let me know if anyone might be interested in sharing.
They also include shared conference rooms and more:
