I have an office at 225 Delaware, Suite 9 (above Spot at Del/Chip)
that is underutillized and would be happy to start gathering a
community there that might move elsewhere at some point soon.
Features:
- freshly painted
- coffee-maker with ground beans from Spot
- windows
- 5Mb down internet
- power
- heat
- key to bldg and office avbl w monthly commit
- - otherwise avbl (by arrangement) 7am - 7pm M-F
Really, I'm looking to subsidize that office right now, and can expand
into the next same-sized office (with sink!) on my dime if demand is
there in near term.
Fee:
- start conversation with the above -- suggestions welcome!

That's a conversation. Probably less than is targeted for the "larger"
coworking venture that's in process. So whatever that amount is gets
you keyed access to the amenities I mentioned. As I mentioned, if
there's enough interest I can expand my lease a little to get a sink &
more room (double, actually) to spread out the desks & tables I've got
in there.
I'm avbl Fri afternoon to show the place, sooner if we do it in the
evening.
