The client app was originally written to develop under mac/linux.
The paths are different in windows.
in your project open the build.gradle (module:odkcollect) file.
you'll see:
you have to change for a valid windows path for the libs:
client\client-libs\third_party\odkcollect\libs
That should work.

compile files('libs/javarosa-libraries-2014-04-29.jar')
compile files('libs/javarosa-libraries-2014-04-29.jar')
you have to change for a valid windows path for the libs:
client\client-libs\third_party\odkcollect\libs
That should work.
