Setup an experimental buddycloud server

Hello

I hope someone in this forum can help us setup an experimental buddycloud server.

I have tried various way to build up buddycloud server, such as docker container via dockerfile repository, virtualbox VM via buddycloud-vm repository, but none of them works fine. 

For virtualbox VM solution, I cannot register any user for my localhost.buddycloud.org after manually configured nginx server certificates, both angular and webclient UI tell me Service Unavailable, just the same as register on buddycloud.org directly.  

For docker container solution, I think my server is very close to work normally, but it cannot have users to find each other may because it is built in an isolated network, and I cannot control company's public DNS / Firewall configuration. I tried to build and deploy channel-directory server into container for local server channel discovery, but didn't succeed because of lack of help document for that.

Any help would be appreciated!
