Hi,

I am planning to use buddycloud for my application but there is one confusion. Does buddycloud do processing of query in-memory like spark/storm ?
e.g.  I am trying to retrieve user which are within 10miles/20miles radius of a geolocation.
If buddycloud doesn't to in-memory processing then how it will handle this kind of query with maintaining low latency.

Thanks
Umesh

Hi Umesh -

I'm guessing you are thinking about the location-butler component (https://github.com/buddycloud/location-butler)?

This component isn't used very much anymore - it's possible it still works, but hasn't been maintained for a LONG time and definitely falls into the use-at-your-own-risk category.

What are you trying to build?

S.
