The constraint isn't really a CPU constraint - more a RAM constraint. 2GB ram should be more than enough (the BC stack will have a hard time squeezing into a 512MB Raspberry Pi).
The ODROID looks like a really nice little box.

On your webpage i missing some information about the system requirements of a Buddycloud full stack. So my question is: Would Buddycloud run on a Odroid U3 (4x1.7Ghz, 2Gb RAM) in production as full stack?
I red about hosting a tailored stack on a raspberry pi. This infromation is published on your webpage, but without any further information.
