Midwife-led care & water birth

Hi all! I'm writing on behalf of an acquaintance who is pregnant with her third child and looking for a midwife for primary care for pregnancy and birth, and would love a water birth. Do any of you know of any birthing centers or midwife-led prenatal care? Basically she wants minimal medical intervention. As opposed to lots of OB visits, ultrasounds, etc.
