Meeting Notes
July 29, 2024
Present:
Rabies, Titty Tata, HTGT, Pussy Paddler, Ivana Nukok, One More Trail, Ram Bone, On Time, Cumming Frequently, Twin Cheeks
⁃ HTGT to share previous meeting notes on email with everyone
⁃ Ivana Nukok appointed Hash Cash
⁃ Ivana Nukok appointed GM
⁃ Titty Tata appointed Deputy GM
⁃ HTGT to transfer remains funds to the Hash Cash (Ivana Nukok) (approx. 650 Euro) by end of next week
⁃ Ivana Nukok to provide bank accounts details to HTGT by tomorrow
⁃ Rabies remains Song Mister
⁃ Ivana Nukok fired from RA position for poor circle attendance
⁃ RA position is open. Please send your application and resume :)
⁃ Rabies is a great asset to the Hash. We are sorry to see him step down from the GM position. Thank you Rabies for your many contributions!
⁃ Cumming Frequently will get a quote for 50 and 100 T-shirts and report to GM and Deputy GM by end of July
⁃ Pussy Paddler appointed Hash Haberdasher
⁃ HTGT and Titty Tata to pass all haberdash in their possession to Pussy Paddler
⁃ Titty Tata had passed 10000 HUF to the Hash Cash (Ivana Nukok)
⁃ Ram Bone and CF will hare next week July 7
⁃ Pussy Paddler appointed Hash Statistician.
⁃ The one to hare on most occasions from today until end of September will get a free T-shirt from Rambone and CF
⁃ Third Friday each month is Hash Social - Firsty Friday. TT and PP are in charge. Next date - July 21
⁃ Next AGM meeting will be approximately end of December
⁃ Ivana Nukok, Titty Tata and On Time will make best effort to attend Vienna H3 and build relations
⁃ On Time will reach out to neighbouring hashers and build connections and report back by September
⁃ The Hareline will continue iteratively
