Well, after all my repeated appeals, no one volunteered to be a Hare for
Sunday 26/9/21 which is a big disappointment for me. How come?

I am doing my best, but being the RA, stand in Hash Cash (and many thanks to
Tuulia for coming back and taking over!) and then having to be the stand in
Hare Raiser too for the last 4 weeks at least is just too much. Some of you
just didn’t show up. Why?

You all need to stand up if you want the Budapest Hash to continue. More of
you need to take part rather than just rely on others, and so please do more.

To give you an example of why you need to do more, I won’t be at the Hash on
Sunday 26/9/21. I’m just too tired.

Do more.

You can.

You should.

More's the pity Bankrupt. What has happened to all of our duly elected and appointed mis-management? They are dropping faster than Joe Biden at a press conference. However I have allowed myself to get "roped into" haring Sunday, 26 September. Despite not being comfortable with this action and not firm on where to set the trail, I felt obliged to try to keep the doddering Budapest HHH going for at least another week.

And most people has a life besides Hash.

We should stop collecting money for the volunteer work of the hares and I am fully convinced the BPH3 spirit will return. Thus let the participation in BPH3 events free. This would be the best promotion of the Hash. We should have a general meeting discussing this issue as was suggested by many of us.

Hail to All Hashers in BPH3!
Seeing the urgent need I decided to skip the last day of the ongoing International Scottish Country Dance Ball in Budapest, only to join and help out the temporarily ailing Hash community of the same city.
Let's meet today again at Batthyany square at 11:30. If nothing better comes up, I'm ready to improvize a live trail on the spot, perhaps with an extra loop for our visiting hyperfit Finnish (and other Nordic) detachment.
OnOn, Rabies
Ps: Approching the Hash Place by public transport on surface might be difficult this weekend. It is recommended to start early and stay underground, if you don't want to scribe the Trash of the day...
Pps: Dear Bankrupt, I 'd very much appreciate if you could change your mind in the last minute and lead our highly spiritual Hash Circle Ceremony at the end of teh day, today too.

Dear Rabies, so lovely to have you with us today, we definitely need a song meister and some good spirit! The last minute solution for missing hare came in the form of a marine who we can always trust. I believe BangCock already created an ad hoc trail in his head.

See you soon!!

Dear all

Thank you for all your comments on the current BPH3 situation.

Let us not forget how the Hash "saved" us in the dire curfew times. I'm pretty sure it was not only a blessing for me but for many of us living in Budapest without any relatives or close friends.
