Plus preliminary instructions for Run #1821 on 02/March/2025

What are our priorities?
1)traditions
2)setting up hareline 4-5 weeks in advance
3)hash songs
4)Too long
We talked about changing the day or the time, but we took a vote, and 11:30 Sunday prevailed. 

If a hare wants to change the time to later, the hare must put it on FB and WhatsApp by Wednesday.

We also decided that it should be THREE HOURS MAXIMUM and should probably start at the trail head to keep this three hour time limit (including circle - On After is optional) in mind.  
We have 615 Euro in hash cash and will purchase t-shirts with that money and continue to collect every week to build up funds. Bulk of purchases will be M, L, and XL. 

Rambone will make purchases and work with Cums Frequently for the funds. 

Hash trash will be written by the dfl.

Rambone to continue as Haberdashery,  Cums Frequently as Hash Cash (still a question about attendance lists), Bad Habit will be GM and Verbal Diarrhea as potential RA. 

Bad Habit agreed to take Hash Cash when Cums Frequently isn't there and we have hares for the next 4 weeks:
March 2: Fart Molester
March 9: DHL
March 16: Smørrebrød
March 23: Rambone
March 30:  ???  Please sign up! 🙏
WE ALSO AGREED THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HARE ONCE EVERY 8 WEEKS UNTIL WE GROW OUR KENNEL.

Titty TaTa also will change the wording on FB page to make it more inviting for first-timers.

If I got anything wrong, please feel free to let me know - I've been a bit under the weather, and my head was not 100%. Also, did I forget anything?

Latest update!!! VD has agreed to be RA!!!

UPDATE: we also agreed that :
1) the hash should start at the designated time (that means no more waiting an extra 10 or 15 minutes for people who are late)
2) the hashing fee of 1000 HUF should be collected at each and every meeting
Also, if you are going to attend the next hash put On On to let the hare know you intend to join
