Hash Trash on BPH3 Run No. #1854 in Budapest on 26_October_2025, Sunday

Just briefly, in a nutshell.

(Well, maybe a coconut shell.../:+))

Three in one:

Beside the two live hares (Titty Tata and Pussy Peddler plus her two hash beasts) the first, the last and the only one hasher showin up at the announced meeting place (under the Clock in Széll Kálmán square) was alone my humble self, Rabies.

Surprise?/:+))

Otherwise the weather was almost perfect for hashing.

After paying in my hash fee we took tram 59 to the top terminus (at the hillside Farkasréti graveyard) to start the hash from there.

Actually, the trail was very well marked, but long ago, with little green triangles painted mostly on tree-trunks along a hikers' trail in the hills, starting from bishop Márton Áron square up to Ördögorom ridge, ending at Kő Büfé pub nearby the top terminus of the cogwheel tram No. 60.

Suddenly a second hasher joined the pack at the midway Beer Stop in the woods, namely No Fu...king Hash Name Vajk.

He was supposed to be hash-named during the ending Circle ceremony, but - after a short and heated quarrel on the way with PP - he disappeared again, seemingly for good.

Without Vajk it seemed to be senseless to hold a Circle at all, for the only three of us remaining.

Also, since there was no need for a naming ceremony any more, (instead of joining the two hares with the two dogs entering the Kő Büfé pub) I just bid farewell and took the next cogwheel tram 60 back, downward and homeward.

Regarding the next upcoming Sunday BPH3 run No. #1825 due on 02. November 2025, I heve no news or any information at all, in this regard I can say nothing.

CAN YOU???

All I know is, (no matter if good news or bad news), that I'll be definitely not hasing on that day, being busy singing from morn till dark in various musical pieces definitely quite different from traditional hash songs.

Hello Dear Rabies,

No there was no quarrel. 

He didn’t show the best manners in saying goodbye but he apologised later. He wanted to go to a birthday party and had a hard time telling us so. 

But I really appreciate it if we can focus on other subjects than my private stuff.

For example is there a hare for Sunday? 

Shall we meet at Batthanyi ter?

I have read carefully, well, w mixed emotions the hashtrash on #1854.

please understand, when I feel invoked to make a few unsolicited as reserved remarks to rabies' trash on 26th october 2025 hashwalk at the buda hills.

much valued hash rabies reports about the sudden, but well expected appearence of NFHN vajko at about halfway at a leasurely beerstop, after being fed and watered and sheltered by the pack making a french leave without a single ON ON or good bye.

BFHN vajko is my next in xto, he is my friend, protegee and my best penpal for ever beyond question.

I do value him since I got known him, by tge way we met at a budapest hash walk at gellert hegy the beginning of this year, introduced by PP, since them we spent a hell of a lot of time together and I'm sincere  I do know him best as nobody else except maybe of his own mother.

dear rabies, believe me, at NFHN vajk's there is no such a thing as disappearing for good. he is an ever reappearing, ever returning sentinel soul, but mind please, his diversity is of a different kind as of a more average hasher's diversity.

NFHN is unique spectator, a neoist as I am, a person,  to whom the idea of lying or deceiving is alien.

sure, he is fallible as we all are but he is extraordinarily loveable and acceptable though he does not know, what he does.

rabies my dearest, I ask you most kindly to embrace him in the name of the hospitable budapest hash spirit as we embraced here at the kiev hash group last night chris and baptised her after a long and halo weeny conference to pussy-in-boots, short PiB.

If I was thattime there at NFHN vajk's hareing-trail marking baptising ceremony as I planned, I was proposing the name for him: SS Sweet Smile which was best hashfitting him, beyond competition.

please excuse me when you felt educated through my intimate knowledge,

Hi MC,

Thanks for your elevated speech for the defense of hasher NFHN Vajk, but it was needless.

Many Budapest hashers like him a lot and appreciate his - sometimes maybe strange - hash behavior a lot, including my humble self.

As a hash trash scribe, I try to report hash events in the way I experienced and interpreted them, including BPH3 Run No. #1854 in subject, possibly without touching intimate details unless participating hashers bring them in, themselves.

From the distance the last exchange of words between PP and Vajk on this particular hash sounded me pretty much like a quarrel, although without understanding all of the words.

Then NFHN Vajk quitted.

(No matter that most probably they spoke Hungarian, my mother tongue, just like everybody else's attending this peculiar hash.)

I'm more than glad that I don't have the power at all to ban anybody from hashing, especially not NFHN Vajk.

As far as the next BPH3 Sunday Hash (due on 02_November 2025) is concerned, at the end of my much debated hash trash I mentioned that - except for having to miss it - I have no information, whatsoever, and in this regard I can say nothing, then I posed the question:

CAN YOU???

(No answer, so far...)

Anyway, thank you for your suggestion regarding NFHN Vajk's future hash name, but I think it should be a democratic Hash Circle voting to decide on it.
