As for the national press conference in Ouarzazate, there are two options :
___ In "Palais des Congrès", with the governor of the city, but only if the international press will be present on the 19th in Ouarzazate:we need your confirmation for the attending international press.
___In the Chamber of Commerce
-Please confirm the number of cottages and rooms to book in both Fez and Ouarzazate.
-We need the names,nationalities & jobs of the 20 participants of Jci committee to fix some logistical details,as soon as possible.

This is Andras Koharek, member of JCI team driving from Budapest to Bamako. I’m coordinating the teams during the run.
First thanks for your efforts to make our stay in Marocco fantastic. I reviewed the program you prepared and have some comments and questions:
- The Tangier part is fine, we will happy to see you, your members int he Tourism Institute in Tangier and have lunch
- Please clarify the point: „Meeting with the participants about the caravane and photo session” who will meet who? We will meet local JCI members, local government?
- The rally sleeps in Azrau-Irfan on 18th Jan, your program put us to Fez. Based on google maps this is 100 km distance. As the rally has every morning at 8 am a daily brief I’m not sure that it is a good idea to sleep in Fez.
- Please clarify the programram in Quarzazate: the press conference with whom (local press maybe), and what do you mean by „giving donations collected.”. As you might know we were focus on BedNet agains malaria. Most of the nets goes to Bamako on a truck. We are open to distribute donations just we would know that who will receive the donations and what kind of donation is accepted (clothes for child for example)
- Please let me know what the following means: „but only if the international press will be present on the 19th in Ouarzazate:we need your confirmation for the attending international press.” There will be no international press trawelling with us.
- The offical sleep place of the run is Emirates Tourist Center in Quarzazate. Can you pls check the distance between this and the hotel suggested by you?
Few general questions:

- Will you or someone else be with us during the three days, or we will have different guides for the three days? If different pls le tus know the names and phone numbers

It's nice to know you and i look forward to working & collaborate with you on this humane project and to make a success of your passage by Morocco .
2 friends form Jci Tetouan and I,will traval with you during the 3 days (i hope that there are enough places in your cars) .
You will recieve Asap the list for phone number of the local presidents and coordinators for this project.
Talking about the meeting in Tangier ,it's will be organized in the same tourism institut with the attending of Jci members ,some partners and the former members of Jci Morocco.
I will ask to Lom of Fez to modify the program and it's will be transfered to you asasp.
For the step of Ouarzazate: as you confirm the absence of the international press ,the press conference will be organized in the palmerai Hotel with attending of Jci members,Local authorities,sponsors...
We expect to share with you the donations(pen, clothes, books, toys) to distribute in Bamako.
Emirates Tourist Center is not in Quarzazate but in Azrou ,and the hotel in palmerie is only for 15 euros :diner,breakfast and accomodation .(last date to book is 14/01)
Please Mr Andras dont forget to send us the list of names,nationalities and jobs of Jci committee.

Je tiens à te remercier encore une fois pour les efforts que tu fournies pour tenir ton engagement COMME COORDINATEUR malgré les difficultés.
Bon ce que j'ai compris de l'email que les gens de Ralley ne sont pas d'accord pour faire escal à Fes ni passer la nuit.Dans ce cas de notre coté aussi c'est difficil de se déplacer à Ifran surtout la nuit en sachant que c 'est une région montagneuse ou ca neige souvent et par conséquent la route est aussi svt bloquée .En tout cas ce qui me reste à proposer en attendant de confirmer avec mon équipe est qu une commission de Fès se déplace vers Ifran pour se rencontrer avec eux (en fonction de leur disponibilité), remettre eventuellement des dons .Concernant les reservations j 'ai compris qu ils ont déja leur programme donc ils n 'ont pas besoin de nous pour ca.
et voila prière de me confirmer ou de me corriger ca.

We will meet all the JCI drivers Friday night in Budapest, and we have to talk first with them about the hotel and free seats in the cars. Half of them is already ont he way from Lativa and Belgium with no access to mails.
Reagrding the press conference I can confirm that we will not bring international press with us in the JCI cars.
Thanks your work again, latest Saturday morning I’l revert with the names, hotel, etc.
