I hope you're doing very well.

 

For transportation :

- From and to the aeroport : We will take in charge this

- to the Mr Alaoui 's office, he will send a car with a driver to your hotel

- to join the rally in Fes (not Ifrane), you can take the train from casablanca to fes (3H30min and it costs 11 Euros), no body will join the Rally from Casablanca by car (for more details you can connect to www.oncf.ma)

- to return to Casablanca on the 27th from Ouarzazate, you can take the plane at 7 AM  to be in Casablanca at 7H50 AM, it costs 40 Euros. (for more details, you can connect on www.royalairmaroc.com)

 

For Accomodation:

 

Unfortunatelly, all Jaycees with big houses will be either in holidays or receiving their families, so home hospitality is not possible.

But hotels in Morocco are very cheap. here are some hotels :

 

- Anfa Port (4*) : http://www.hotelanfaport.com (90 Euros for double room)

- Hôtel Moussafir (3*) : http://www.accorhotels.com/fr/hotel-2032-ibis-moussafir-gare-casa-voyageurs/index.shtml (75 Euros for double room)

Please, find attached a table with the data you requested about the companies represented by us.

 

We could join to the rally for maximum 2 stages:

19 January Azrau-Ifran – Quarzazazte

20 January Quarzazazte – Gugelmim

 

Our join for the rally is absolutely optional and depends on the business program, organised by you. If we can join for these stages (or only for one of them) it is great, if not, we understand it. Based on the fact that we have no car in Morocco, we can join only in that case if someone from JCI Morocco also join to the rally and bring us, as well.

 

(As I mentioned to you previously, this transportation question is valid for our whole stay in Morocco; transfer from and to the airport, transfer to the business meetings, and all other transfers for the stay.)

Additional two company indicated that they would look for business partners in Morocco and they charged us to represent them in the business meetings.

 

1.       Humantrener Ltd

 

This is a Hungarian based company, who provides especially CRM advisory services. They are looking for potential clients, mainly in the hotel business. Please, find attached a short offer from them.

 

2.       Roediger Vacuum GmbH

 

This is a German based company. The company is the worldwide leader of vacuum technologies. They are looking for partners (it could be governmental institute or private held company, as well), who would use this technology. Please, find attached a short description about the company and the technology.

 

Based on the fact, that our trip is closer and closer, could you be so kind to provide a draft agenda for us about the programs (meetings, etc.)?
