Visualization problem

Hi there bucky users,

I was curious if anyone has been having issues with the visualization tools page for bucky? I have tried to upload relatively small concordance/gene/cluster files (50 gene analysis) to no avail. It will upload the gene and cluster files, but never the large concordance file. I've tried different browsers (firefox, internet explorer, and chrome), but hasn't made a difference. In the corner of the browser I can see it get to 99% loaded and then it seems to reset without the file appearing.

Hello Ayse.  There is a feature in our server's software that causes it not to accept large files (> ~100MB) via upload.  In some cases, we have been able to use alternate means to transfer the files to the server. Please e-mail with your particular circumstance and we can discuss possible solutions.  Steve
