Do you treat Customer Service as a Marketing Opportunity?

I think every interaction with your customers is a marketing
opportunity. Whether it's a tweet from Twitter, a print ad, in-store
conversation with a sales representative, or a customer service issue
that needs to be resolved. Each time your brand is in front of your
customer, you're effectively creating a perception of your business
with him/her.

I think Customer Service is sometimes overlooked, especially by small
business owners. Customer service is a great opportunity to enhance
your perception with customers.
