Reminder: SASA Meeting Today

Good Morning Everybody!

I want to thank everyone that came out last week. If you weren't able to make it, please come today. We will be meeting in the IEA Multipurpose Room on the bottom floor of the ELC at 5:30 TODAY. I will be bringing lots of Indian snacks (think Haldirams and mango juice and biscuits and a lot of other stuff). 

A quick policy change: as you know, SASA hosts a membership dinner at the end of the semester (on our dime of course). However, to be able to attend the dinner, you must have at least 80% attendance in all meetings and have participated in the SASA dinner in some way. If you are on the executive board, the attendance must be at 90%.

Agenda for Today:

1. Finalize menu for the dinner
2. Look up decorations on Amazon
3. Start choreographing the dances
4. Create a poster for the henna workshop next week

If you can bring your laptop, that would be incredibly helpful. As usual, exec will be meeting at 5.
