Hey guys,

We will be meeting in the IEA multipurpose room tomorrow at 5:30. Here is the tentative agenda:

1) Debrief the SASA dinner
    - I want to hear what went well and what did not. Was it to your expectations or were there improvements that would have made it better. Please think about this. Criticism will help make the dinner and the club better for you. (you may also email me privately if you do not want to bring it up with the group in general).

2) Nominations
     - We will open up nominations at tomorrows meeting for the exec board. If you are running, you will need two SASA members to endorse you (i.e. they approve of you running). You must be present to be nominated. **note that elections are NOT held tomorrow, only nominations. You are free to give a short speech if you like. A summary of the positions is at the end of this email. You may be nominated for at most, 2 positions.

Just a clarification. The meeting is TODAY. Please consider running for a position. This is your chance to make the club your own and have a leadership position. Anyone can run except for seniors.
