Buckley was taking a nap in his office. He awoke with a startled snort.

[Muffin Puffin]

Ertzel heard the all too familiar sound and headed for his office."Geoffrey. I need your assistance."

Buckley tried to make himself look awake.

"I'd do anything, just ask." He said, his voice still thick with sleep.

[Muffin Puffin]

"First I need you to wake up," Ertzel fussed. "Brighid Blacke just came to the cottage and passed out at the front door. There's something odd, something I've never seen before, so I'm going for Brother Osbert. I need you to go in the back door and stay with Tegau."

Buckley was more awake but felt more confused. He stood up. "All right."

[Muffin Puffin]

"Thank you." And before he could say anything else, she was waddling toward the lobby, her breath coming in short little puffs.

Buckley watched the old healer go, then hurried to her cottage.
